•  Minimum 3 to 5 years of business or senior position experience is must.

•  IELTS – 5+ Bands

•  Before the application, applicants need to have at least £945 in their bank account for minimum 90 days.

•  An applicant needs to have a business plan and he / she must be able to show that the business idea is, a new idea (it is not possible join or invest in a business that is already trading), the business is viable and the potential for growth is there.
  
  The business plan/ idea must be endorsed by an authorized body that is either UK higher education institution or business organization with a history of supporting UK entrepreneurs.
  
  You can stay in UK for 2 years on startup visa, after that you will become eligible to switch the visa into the innovator visa which can lead to PR after certain years.
