Ontario Program (OINP)

The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) is a Canadian immigration program that helps individuals for permanent residency in Canada. You must need a valid profile of Immigration under Express Entry system.

Criteria for Ontario Program (OINP)

Human Capital Priorities Stream

Master Graduate Stream & PHD Graduate Stream

Skilled Trades Stream

  • Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class candidate are eligible for this program

  • One year experience is must and it should be in the last five years only.

  • At least one year of full time work experience is required in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories.

  • Age - 21 to 44

  • Education – Diploma/ Bachelor/ Master/ PHD

  • IELTS - minimum CLB 7 is required

  • IELTS & CELPIP Both are Valid

  • Funding requirement - Applicant: approx. $ 13800 and Each Dependent: approx. $ 3700

  • After completion of Master degree or PHD in Ontario you have opportunity to apply in this stream.

  • You must submit your application within two years of completing the masters or PHD Degree.

  • You must legally live in Ontario at least one year in last two years.

  • At the time of application, you must have any of the legal status in Canada (Study Permit, Work Permit etc.)

  • At least one year full time work experience required in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories.

  • IELTS - minimum CLB 7 is required.

  • This stream allows foreign nationals to gain Ontario work experience in eligible skilled trades and the opportunity to permanently live and work in Ontario.

  • At least one year of cumulative paid full-time work experience in Ontario is must

  • One year experience is must and it should be in the last two years only.

  • At the time of application, you must have any of the legal status in Canada (Study Permit, Work Permit etc.)

  • You must have a valid certificate or license of a particular skill in Ontario at the time of your application

  • IELTS - minimum CLB 5 is required

  • IELTS & CELPIP Both are Valid.
