​Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. If you are under 18, you must access our services through a parent or legal guardian.

Scope of Services

​

Prime Axis Consultants provides consultancy for:

  • Student Visa applications

  • Immigration (Permanent Residency) assistance

  • Visitor and Dependent Visas

  • Investor Visas

  • IELTS/PTE and Spoken English Coaching

We do not guarantee visa approvals as final decisions are made solely by respective embassies, immigration authorities, or universities.

Third-party Affiliations

​

We work with government-approved immigration lawyers, licensed consultants, and partner institutions worldwide. We are not liable for any actions, decisions, or service delays caused by these third parties.

​

Service Fees

​

Service fees are discussed during initial consultations and are payable as per the selected package. Fees are non-transferable and, unless specified, non-refundable.

​

Client Obligations

​

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information and documents. Any misrepresentation may lead to application rejection or legal action.

​

Confidentiality & Privacy

​

All personal and sensitive data shared with us is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

​

Limitation of Liability

​

Prime Axis Consultants is not liable for:

  • Visa or admission rejections.

  • Delays caused by third parties or government processing.

  • Losses incurred due to client misrepresentation.

Amendment of Terms

​

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

​

Jurisdiction

​

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.​

Refund Policy – Prime Axis Consultants

​

Visa & Immigration Consultancy

​

  • Once a file is submitted to a third party (embassy, university, or immigration lawyer), no refund will be issued, regardless of the final decision.

  • If the client voluntarily withdraws before submission, a partial refund (excluding consultation charges and administrative costs) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

​

IELTS / PTE Coaching

​

  • 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of enrollment and before attending any sessions.

  • No refund once sessions have commenced or if cancellation is made after 24 hours.

  • Session rescheduling is permitted with 48-hour notice.

​

Processing Errors​

If a refund is requested due to an internal error caused by Prime Axis Consultants, we will assess the situation and, if found valid, issue a full or partial refund within 7-10 working days.

​

Refund Procedure

​

To request a refund:

  • Email us at theprimeaxis@gmail.com with your full name, service availed, reason for refund, and payment receipt.

  • Our team will assess and respond within 3-5 business days.

​

Non-refundable Services

​

  • Initial consultation fee

  • Application form fees paid to government or institutions

  • Legal opinion or third-party assessments

  • Marketing or processing charges incurred on behalf of client.
