You can either purchase or continue your own business in New Zealand.

Your spouse and dependent children up to 19 years can accompany you on this visa.

You can stay up to 3 years on this visa. 1st year will be the start up stage for the business for which you have received the visa. Then the visa is extendable for another 2 years if you prove that you have already set up the business in New Zealand as per the business plan you have submitted at the time of application.

After 3 years you may get eligible to apply for an Entrepreneur resident visa which is a permanent resident permit if you meet all the requirements.
