To apply under this program, an applicant must need to show the connection to Manitoba like family member or friends in Manitoba, previous education or work experience in Manitoba.

At least 1 year of work experience is required.

According to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means work experience gained in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories. Your work experience can be in 1 or more of these categories.
